SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship to the Domestic United States

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

All orders, excluding apparel, are a flat $5.00 to ship via USPS

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process, pack, and ship your order. Because of COVID-19, shipping could be delayed.

Any orders placed in the month of December could take up to 2 additional for delivery due to an increase in order volume. 

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

We do not refund the cost of shipping for lost or stolen packages.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your product.

We accept returns on eligible products up to 14 days after the initial purchase. Sale and promotional items do not qualify for our return policy.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges on any grooming accessories, including, but not limited to brushes, combs, scissors, safety razors, straight razors, and/or Dopp bags because of sanitary reasons.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges on any apparel, including, but not limited to face masks, shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.

All items must be returned unopened and in original, sellable condition. The buyer is responsible for return and new shipping charges. If the product has been tampered with, we will not be able to accept the return. We will not accept returns for any used and/or opened items. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.

You must send an email to [email protected] to begin the return process. Please include the item you wish to return, your name, and your mailing address in the email.

Once the product is received, reviewed, and accepted for return, we will issue a credit using the same method of payment, minus the original shipping.

Returns only good for products purchased through the website: handsomehankgrooming.com. Products purchased through other websites or brick & mortar stores must be returned to those specific locations.

EXCHANGE POLICY
